December Earnings

I only picked up a few points in December–3,669 Membership Rewards on the American Express Business Gold (referral link) card that I’ll eventually earn a 175,000 bonus for.

From non-credit card earnings, I ended up with quite a bit though I just barely cracked $5 with Amazon Shopper Panel–even with holiday purchases it was just $5.30. Other Amazon gift cards came from Fetch (referral link) with $10 and Checkpoints with $21. Microsoft Rewards said Amazon cards were sold out, so I redeemed $35 for Target and $25 for Starbucks. I got another $25 Starbucks with Swagbucks via the discounted prepaid MasterCard. I had trouble getting Swagbucks (referral link) games to track this month, so I switched over to MyPoints (referral link) and InBoxDollars (referral link) which are all owned by the same company so the games can only be done once across all platforms. Those sites don’t offer a discount for a gift card redemption like Swagbucks does, so I went for cash–$50 to PayPal with MyPoints and another $30 from InBoxDollars. Another cash redemption came from Checkpoints for $5. I also got back $5.75 from Rakuten (referral link). Since Rakuten only pays out quarterly this amount doesn’t include any of my holiday shopping.
